Question by Jenn: Good diet and exercise plan to lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months and tone up?
Okay so Im 16 years old 5’0 and weigh 128 I would like to lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months and tone up (especially the stomach area) anyone with any suggestions? Like what should I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between, and fat burning exercises. Also should I lose some body fat before doing “tone up” exercises?

Eat oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. Lunch eat a grilled salad with low calorie dressing, turkey sub on wheat bread lite mayo, or soup. Dinner eat grill or bake chicken, carrots, no crabs. Snacks eat fruit, yogurt, raw vegetables. Run everyday.
