Eat Breakfast an hour after waking up.
Breakfast- (eat a full breakfast) Slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter with Cheerios(use skim milk) & pick a fruit such as apples, bananas, grapes, or oranges, you name it.
Or oatmeal with raspberries & blueberries
Or an egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomato, red/green bell peppers & peas of you want.
Lunch- salad or spinach with skinless grilled chicken(add green/red bell peppers) or bacon bits, ranch(not too much) with corn on a cob
Or skinless broiled or grilled fish & baked potato with green beans
Or low fat tuna, brown rice with asparagus
For snacks, you can try peanuts, nuts, yogurt, and fruits such as strawberries, apples, and apricots. Fruits like pineapple and mango are high in sugar so dont eat them that much.
Dinner- Plain grilled chicken with lots of veggies!! If you like, dip the veggies in a little soy sauce, or any sauce you like but only A LITTLE & brown rice
Or top round steak with broccoli
Or salmon with a salad & squash. If you want it can be a whole wheat salman sandwich & add a little sauce & bell peppers to spice it up.
