Question by Rowgirl15: how can I lose 6 pounds of fat in 10 days?
I am 5 ft 11 inches tall, and weigh 167 pounds. I have lost 30 pounds in one year. I am 16, and on spring break right now. I am on a rowing team, so I row 10 miles a day, 6 days a week as well as run twice a week. I want some fast weight loss tips that are HEALTHY! tHANKS icon smile how can I lose 6 pounds of fat in 10 days?

drink a lot of water , eat veggies and try and cut down the factory made food ( oreos , chips , ecc.).. its realy good that you are doing all that phisical movement. you probably wont loose 6 pouns in 10 days but you might make it if you dont cheat!!

    There is no healthy way to lose 6lbs in 10 days. you’re active so that’s good. stay away from pepsi and any other kind of carbonated beverage and drink water…given your height,you shouldn’t be worrying about your weight though…

    It is impossible to lose 6 lbs of fat in 10 days. Any weight that comes off rapidly will just be water weight. Keep up with what you are doing and eat a sensible diet and it will come off in a healthy way with time.
