Should I not eat? Drink a lot of water? How many times a week should I run and/or exercise?

TRY THE LEMONADE, ALSO CALLED THE MASTER CLEANSE DIET. YOUR SUPOSED TO LOSE 2 LBS A DAY. I TRIED BUT COULDN’T STICK TO IT.

    I suggest that you don’t. It’s healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week. That’s IT. You don’t magically lose 8 pounds in one week. Set yourself up with a diet and exercise plan and maybe you’ll get there in 5 weeks. Less than two is just ridiculous. Not eating will only screw up your metabolism. Drink MORE than 8 glasses a day of water. Decrease your calorie intake by 500. Eat 5 small meals rather than three large ones. Exercise at least every other day, with at least 30 minutes of good cardio. Pretty standard stuff. Good luck…
