Question by missyjc12: What is the best way to lose 10 pounds in 25 days?
I want to lose ten pounds in 25 days and i was wondering what’s the safest way to do it and also keep off the weight. I am currently 5’3″ and am 126 pounds. I have found that i look best when i weigh between 115-122 pounds (less is better for me). I want to burn off the tummy fat and tone down my arms some more. Thanks for the help.

    don`t eat during the day only drink water for 7 days,only eat 1 slice toast every night after 6`0 clock the next week eat normal and the next week eat the same as the first week keep that up for 1 month

    just drink a lot of water, anduse salad insted of fried food, try yoga, exercising and swimming or jogging

    Try ShapeWorks, I lost 6 lbs and 7.25 inches my first week. My dad lost 9 lbs his first week. One of my friends lost 60 lbs his first month, but everyone is different. I recommend you use the ShapeWorks QuickStart (that`s the one I used)
